How long do we keep video material in the cloud?
For many reasons, we still believe that in professional applications the best place to store the original video material in full resolution and frame rate is on a local recorder.
However, to provide better functionality, security, and quality of service, Safestar records video streams in the cloud while they are being processed. Additionally, we store received pre-alarm video and other recordings. These videos are stored in the Safestar Cloud for 14 days, but for longer archiving you can download them to your local drive.
