Automation
It’s hard to imagine how many processes can be automated to relieve operators and administrative support of monitoring stations. With Safestar you can simply do it.
Overview
Safestar will automatically perform many diverse, repetitive “micro-tasks” without you having to remember them or involve staff.
Automation also allows you to offer end customers attractive services, the performance of which will not add additional work to operators and administration staff. New services based on automation will undoubtedly distinguish your company and make customers feel well taken care of.
Three types of automatization
Alerts
In Safestar you can monitor hundreds of technical parameters related to alarm handling and system operation. In case of detecting a specific parameter value, the system will perform various actions independently, e.g. generate an event for handling, send an SMS, push, e-mail.
Tasks
During event handling, operators perform a large number of different activities. Simplest ones are described in the action procedures in the object card. However, many complex activities appear, which can also be mutually dependent. In order to optimally cope with these tasks, Safestar allows you to define “tasks”, which are then visible in the event handling view.
Planned events
Operators have to remember many customer service events that need to be performed in the future. They are often forgotten in the rush of other work. In Safestar, you can schedule tasks that will automatically be performed at a specific time in the future.
The most frequently used alert types

Automated Video Analytics Arming
This feature can automatically activate video analytics whenever the alarm system is armed, ensuring consistent protection. By linking video analytics with the alarm, it minimizes resource consumption by operating only during critical times. This integration enhances security and reduces storage and bandwidth usage. It is ideal for properties requiring real-time visual confirmation and rapid incident response.
Notifications for Operator Inactivity
Safestar can monitor the activity of operators and sends notifications when no alarms are handled for a specified duration. This ensures that any lapses in attention or system issues are immediately addressed. Such notifications can be sent to supervisors, prompting them to investigate or take corrective action. The feature enhances accountability and ensures the monitoring center operates at peak efficiency at all times. This is especially useful in preventing delays in response during critical incidents that require immediate action.
Vehicle Fuel Theft Alarm
Safestar can detect unusual fuel drops during vehicle stops and sends alerts to prevent theft or irregularities. Immediate notifications allow for quick investigation and reduce financial losses. The system also logs fuel data, aiding in fleet management. This automation provides cost savings and improved accountability for vehicle operations.
Forgetting? No worries. Safestar won’t forget.
