Overview
Using audio speakers allows you to send voice messages to unauthorized persons who have entered the protected facility. Messages can be broadcast live or played back from previously prepared recordings.
Installing appropriate loudspeakers on facilities enables quick communication with the facility by the monitoring centre operator. Thanks to this, an intruder on the premises will be informed that he has been noticed and will not escape responsibility.
Because the VoIP module is an integral part of the Safestar system, it offers deep integration with the operator’s console and several functions unavailable in traditional telephone systems, such as creating virtual stations, automatic call forwarding, call recording, and support for many devices from many manufacturers.
In some cases, it will be more convenient and cheaper to use analogue speakers connected to the audio outputs of recorders and cameras. Safestar also supports this technology, implemented based on AI text-to-speech technology.

VoIP
Modern digital telephone exchange VoIP is a part of Safestar. It manages voice connections between operators, clients and devices on protected facilities. It allows for automatic recording of calls and their assignment to specific events and facilities.
Analog audio
If you want simpler functionality, you can use the analog audio function. Although it is not as modern a solution as VoIP, Safestar offers several interesting solutions to ensure security and quality within this service.
How does the VoIP Safestar module work?

Virtual reception or porter’s lodge? No problem!
You can use VoIP communication to communicate with an IP intercom. This allows you to replace the porter and reception staff, serving guests remotely from the monitoring centre.
You can easily open doors, gates or barriers located on the premises of the monitored facility and verify its identity during an audio-video conversation. Remember, all these activities are performed and recorded within one system so you can optimize processes and efficiently control quality.
