Safestar lets you turn fixed server and monitoring costs into flexible expenses, so you only pay for what you use monthly.
Many security agencies need help with maintaining and developing the systems they have had for years. Subsequent updates of these systems require more work, the purchase of new equipment, and additional licenses. They generate new burdens and risks, mainly in the area of cybersecurity.
They also generate new costs—often unpredictable. On the other hand, some systems have not been updated for years and have not been developed, which makes it impossible to build new services and revenues based on them.

How does Safestar pricing work?
Flexible Pay-as-You-Go
At Safestar, our pay-as-you-go model gives you total flexibility. You pay per unit for what you track and only for the time you use it. Billing is monthly, with no fixed-term contracts, new equipment, or extra licenses required. It’s all about what works for you.
Minimum Subscription for Quality Service
Our small unit fees start at just a few monthly cents for a single monitored element. To ensure top-notch support and service, we have a minimum subscription that initially covers unit fees. If your usage exceeds this minimum, you pay for that month’s total cost of the monitored facilities or devices.
Additional options
Safestar offers optional features billed separately, such as extra modules, custom programming, or integration support (e.g., GSM gateways for text messaging). These options are only activated upon request.

Examples
Example 1 – beginner user
You start and you have a small number of monitored objects and cameras.
Let’s say you connect to monitoring:
100 stationary objects at 0.45€ each → 45€
50 cameras at 2.15€ each → 107.5€
Total monthly: 152.5€
Minimum monthly fee: 300€
However, there is a minimum monthly fee of 300€. This means that even if the actual usage amounts to 152.5€, the user still has to pay 300€.
The difference is 147.5€, which means this amount can still be used for additional units within the month at no extra charge.
Example 2 – normal user
You have a large number of monitored objects and cameras.
Let’s say you connect to monitoring:
900 stationary objects at 0.45€ each → 405€
500 cameras at 2.15€ each → 1075€
Total monthly: 1480€
Unlike the previous example, there is no minimum fee here—the user pays exactly 1480€ per month since their actual costs exceed minimum charge.
The fees are calculated based on quantity and rates.
If you monitor fewer items, the fee goes down. If you monitor more, the fee goes up.
Example 3 – when you use VoIP Module
The fee for the VoIP module is charged independently.
Let’s say you connect to monitoring:
900 stationary objects at 0.45€ each → 405€
500 cameras for 2.15€ each → 1075€
10 VoIP speakers for 3,6€ → 36€
VoIP module → 107€
Total monthly: 1623€
If you reduce the number of monitored elements, the fee decreases; if you increase it, the fee increases. The VoIP module fee 107€ is treated independently of them.
The fees depend on quantity and rates, plus a fixed monthly fee for the VoIP module.
Example 4 – AI recognition
AI is charged per use, no matter how many cameras or objects you have.
Let’s say you will use AI to analyze and handle:
Analyze the quality of the video stream 100 000 times at 0,0002€ → 20 €
Analiyze Video patrol or video alarm verification 10 000 times at 0,002€ → 20€
Analyze video pre-alarms 1000 times at 0,0715 € → 71,5€
Total: 111,5€
If you reduce the number of AI analises elements, the fee decreases; if you increase it, the fee increases.
