Reports

Safestar’s automated reporting provides a quick and easy way to prepare and send detailed data in a variety of formats.

Overview

Documentation and monitoring reports are essential for cooperation between security and the facility’s owner.

Customers expect detailed data that will enable them to confirm the quality of work and its compliance with the contract.

Creating reports is based on templates and is very simple and fast. Safestar will allow you to assign multiple facilities to one report and present various parameters.

Depending on your needs – you can generate a report in the following formats: PDF, xls and txt. You can download each report to your disk and send it as an e-mail attachment directly from the system.

In the reporting module, you can also define automation that will generate a report at a specified time and send it completely unattended.

Raport’s types

One-time

Generate a specific, often unique report only once, here and now. The report is prepared immediately after its configuration, and you can download it to your computer’s disk or send it as an attachment in an e-mail.

Periodic

This type allows for regular reporting. All you need to do is select the parameters you need, specify the period the report applies to, and indicate the people to whom it should be delivered. Reports will be automatically generated and sent.

Dynamic

They allow you to quickly learn about the situation in protected facilities. Data is presented in graphic form on a synoptic board. Events are marked with colors, which definitely makes it easier to quickly learn about the situation. This is one of the favourite tools for security companies’ managers and demanding customers.

“Event record report”

The most popular Safestar’s report

Provides detailed documentation of the most important events related to the facility’s security.
This report provides a complete overview of the alarm system’s activity. See what it consists of.

Arming and disarming

The report presents each change of arm/disarm status, allowing you to track when the system was activated (armed) or deactivated (disarmed), and who was responsible for these operations. It is related both to alarm panels and video analytics.

Alarm events

Safestar automatically records all received alarms along with precise parameters. You can then filter them appropriately and prepare them in the form of a report.

Technical faults and problems

The report documents all system failures, such as communication interruptions, power problems or device errors. This information allows you to quickly respond to problems and minimize the risk related to the safety of the facility.

Event detales

The report includes a full history of each incident, containing data such as: time, location, reason for the event and measures taken in response to the problem, operator notes, etc.

Report templates

Work must be easier and it is best if the work done once does not have to be repeated repeatedly. So use templates.

Examples of other widespread reports
